Tonic Health Club is located within Castleknock Hotel and offers a state-of-the-art leisure experience for members and guests. Facilities include a fully equipped gym, fitness studio, 18-metre swimming pool, toddler pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and an invigorating ice bath.

What truly sets Tonic apart is our incredible team and the strong sense of community that defines the club. We offer a wide range of complimentary fitness classes that are especially popular with our local members — from Pilates and Aqua Aerobics to Step Classes. We’re also delighted to welcome Turtle Tots, helping little ones learn an essential life skill in a fun, supportive environment.

As a bonus, Tonic Health Club members enjoy a 10% discount on food and beverage throughout Castleknock Hotel.

SWIMMING POOL TIMES & PROTOCOLS

Monday to Friday 6.00am to 10.00pm.
Saturday & Sunday 7.00am to 8.00pm.
Children's Swim Times are 9.00am - 7.00pm.
Midterm Children's Swim Times are 9.00am - 7.00pm. (Starting Friday 11th April-Sunday 27th) Easter Break.
We do not take bookings for swim times; it is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please be advised bringing your own towel is recommended, as we can no longer supply towels to members.
Entry to the swimming pool located at reception.
Swim Caps are compulsory.

PEAK SWIM TIMES

Monday and Tuesday 3.30pm to 5.30pm (Swimming Lessons)
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10.30am to 11.15am (Aqua Aerobics)
Saturday 8.30am to 11.00am (Turtle Tots Swim Lessons)
Saturday and Sunday 10.00am to 11.30am and 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
