What are the Swimming Pool Opening Times?

• Monday - Friday 6.00am to 10.00pm
• Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 7.00am to 8.00pm
• Children's Hours 10.00am to 6.00pm (9.00am to 7.00pm during Mid-Term Breaks) (Lifeguard on Patrol during Children's Swim Hours)

Note: Swimcaps are required in the Swimming Pool (These are available to purchase at Tonic Health Club Reception)

Is Leisure Centre access included in the price of your stay?

Swimming Pool access is complimentary for all ovenight guests of the hotel. Family Guest passes are also available at Tonic Health Club, for more information contact tonic@castleknockhotel.ie 

Do you have Family Rooms available at the hotel?

We have a number of Family Rooms available which can cater to up to 2 Adults and 3 Children. We also have a number of inter-connecting rooms available for larger families, which must be booked directly with our Reservations Team. Please contact our team at reservations@castleknockhotel.ie

Are cots and high seats available for Infants?

We have high seats available in each of our dining spaces. We have cots available for infants in bedrooms. Please inform our Reservations team when booking to ensure you have a cot in your room. Contact reservations@castleknockhotel.ie to book a cot for your booking.

Do you recommend any locations for a Family Day Out?

We have numerous locations, ideal for the entire family located nearby. Our best recommendations are as follows:

• Phoenix Park - Including Dublin Zoo, Farmleigh House & Gardens and more.
• Emerald Park
• Fort Lucan Outdoor Adventure Land
• Blanchardstown Shopping Centre - Including Odeon Cinema, Leisureplex and an abundance of family friendly restaurants
• National Aquatic Centre - Including indoor waterpark AquaZone

What does the hotel have for Children's entertainment?

We have multiple facilities available for children to enjoy including:

• The Playground
• Swimming Pool
• Cinema Room (Open during Mid-Term Breaks) To view our Cinema Room Schedule click here
• Board Games (Available from Reception)
• Colouring Picture available on the reverse of our Children's Menu
• Children's Welcome Packs including Phoenix the Giraffe. Colouring Book and colours and Snacks
• Children's TV stations available in bedrooms (Nickelodeon, Nick Jr) Netflix also available

Is parking available at the hotel?

Free parking is available for all our guests and is secured by a coded barrier. There are currently 2 Electric Car Charging Stations also available.

Do you have a Kids Club?

We do not currently run a kids club at the hotel.

Is there public transport available?

There are plenty of public transport services available for our guests which are located nearby. Our nearest bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away and Coolmine Train Station is just a 15-minute walk away from the hotel. For more information on public transport services, please feel free to pick up our public transport leaflet at the front door of the hotel.

Are there children's dining options available?

We have children's menus available in our Restaurants. In times of high occupancy for children we operate a Kids Buffet Station. Contact our Restaurant Team for more information, we advise booking your dinner reservations prior to your stay. Please contact the restaurant at restaurant@castleknockhotel.ie 

What are the check-in times?

Check-in is available from 4pm daily and check-out time is 12 noon.

What are the breakfast times?

Breakfast times are 6:30am - 10am (Monday-Friday) and 7am - 11am (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays)
