Thank you for everything last week for the Three Retail event and most importantly to formally highlight back to you what an exceptional team we had the pleasure of working with at Castleknock Hotel.  

Niamh, Fatih, Andrew, Gavin, Miro, Daniel, Roisin and Mairead (and of course the wider team) were phenomenal and such a joy to work with. They were super reactive, professional, obliging and helpful at every turn. Nothing was ever too much trouble and no matter the ask a solution was delivered within minutes.

It makes quite a refreshing change to have such a thoroughly strong operations crew and we really enjoyed working with them at every turn. I would be obliged if you could relay our sincere thanks to them all. Three were delighted with the event and have had amazingly positive feedback as a result which is wonderful to have and this is largely in part to the team.

The entire team at Castleknock are some of the absolute best I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside in my career.  From site visit to on-site, the team were so friendly, helpful and efficient.  This led to us having a truly seamless event, with our executives saying it’s been the best of their career – and we couldn’t have done that without you all! The systems you have in place to work alongside event managers is amazing, and I won’t be without it now! My feedback would honestly be that everything was absolutely spot on. And that was commented on a number of times. Everything was ready precisely, the sign at the bottom of the stairs was good, everyone enjoyed the lunch meal and tea and coffee was in plentiful supply and again ready for the specified times.

We also really enjoyed our stay, rooms were lovely and our meal in the restaurant the night before was superb!

Having placed several professional football teams at Castleknock Hotel, I am pleased to say that each one was handled expertly by the hotel management and staff. From the planning of bedrooms, meals and meetings to eventually greeting the team arrivals and ensuring that their requirements were met throughout, the hotel did an amazing job.  The layout of the hotel works really well, and bedrooms are tasteful and pleasant in design.  The hotel setting is in a peaceful location and has great access between the airport and stadium venues as well as being very close to Sport Ireland Campus which offers training pitches for hire.

I would consider Castleknock Hotel for any sports team playing or training in Dublin.
