Thank you for an absolutely super day and night! The feedback here this morning has been nothing but complementary about the hotel and staff. Again a huge thank you and well done to all involved!

Everything went perfect for us, the room was fantastic with great facilities and lunch was fabulous . The in-room service and service in the restaurant was top class.

The entire team at Castleknock are some of the absolute best I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside in my career. From site visit to on-site, the team were so friendly, helpful and efficient. This led to us having a truly seamless event, with our executives saying it’s been the best of their career – and we couldn’t have done that without you all! The systems you have in place to work alongside event managers is amazing, and I won’t be without it now! We were truly spoiled for the duration of our event, with nothing too much hassle. The food was perfect, with plenty of choice – and having a conference space with natural light was a complete game changer for us. Thank you again from all of us at CoreView to the wonderful Castleknock team!

My feedback would honestly be that everything was spot on. And that was commented on several times. Everything was ready precisely, the sign at the bottom of the stairs was good, everyone enjoyed the lunch meal and tea, and coffee was in plentiful supply and again ready for the specified times. We also really enjoyed our stay, rooms were lovely and our meal in the restaurant the night before was superb!

I only have positive feedback. Anytime we have used the hotel the staff have been quick to come back with availability, pricing and organising equipment for room hire, it is always a pleasure to work with your hotel.

Thank you for everything last week for the Three Retail event and most importantly to formally highlight back to you what an exceptional team we had the pleasure of working with at Castleknock Hotel. Niamh, Fatih, Andrew, Gavin, Miro, Daniel, Roisin and Mairead (and of course the wider team) were phenomenal and such a joy to work with. They were super reactive, professional, obliging and helpful at every turn. Nothing was ever too much trouble and no matter the ask a solution was delivered within minutes. It makes quite a refreshing change to have such a thoroughly strong operations crew, and we really enjoyed working with them at every turn. I would be obliged if you could relay our sincere thanks to them all. Three were delighted with the event and have had amazingly positive feedback as a result which is wonderful to have, and this is largely in part to the team.

Thank you so much to you and all the team at Castleknock for providing such a wonderful service today which contributed to the success of our conference. So many people shared feedback throughout the day complimenting the venue, team, food and meeting space which I’m delighted to share with you. Can I also give a special word of praise and thanks to Daniel. He was a pleasure to work with, so helpful and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he regularly checked in with me on WhatsApp to see how everything was going, if the room temp etc was ok as well as pre-empting the stage reconfigurations etc. Huge thank you to you also from a planning perspective, as someone involved in the planning, I fully appreciate all that goes into these event to make them appear seamless and easy!!! Everything you proposed worked perfectly on the day and contributed to the success.

Having placed several professional football teams at Castleknock Hotel, I am pleased to say that each one was handled expertly by the hotel management and staff. From the planning of bedrooms, meals and meetings to eventually greeting the team arrivals and ensuring that their requirements were met throughout, the hotel did an amazing job. The layout of the hotel works well, and bedrooms are tasteful and pleasant in design. The hotel setting is in a peaceful location and has great access between the airport and stadium venues as well as being very close to Sport Ireland Campus which offers training pitches for hire. I would consider Castleknock Hotel for any sports team playing or training in Dublin.
