Welcome Reward
If you are regular hotel visitor, you should consider signing up to FBD Hotels Welcome Reward loyalty card. With a Welcome Reward card, you can receive points for each room night stay you enjoy with us.
Those points can be redeemed against a range of prizes including a weekend breaks at any of the FBD hotels. We offer double points for Sunday night stays!
You can obtain an application form at any FBD hotel. Alternatively, email info@chcc.ie or call (01) 640 6300 and we can arrange to post a form to you.
Please note that welcome reward application forms can take several weeks to be processed. However, in most circumstances, the guests points accumulated since their date of application will be added to their welcome reward card.

Booker Loyalty Programme
The Booker Loyalty Programme is a corporate reward scheme for the accommodation booker as opposed to the corporate guest within the organisation. This programme is offered in addtion to the Welcome Reward Card. The way it works is very similar to Welcome Reward with points being rewarded for each room night booked in an FBD hotel. These points can be used to buy a range of gifts including shopping vouchers, hotels stays and spa treatments.
If you would like apply to join the Booker Loyalty Programme, email Ciara Delaney, Sales Manager at Castleknock Hotel & Country Club at ciaradelaney@chcc.ie . Ciara will set you up with your programme pack so that you can begin to enjoy the benefits of being a loyal FBD Hotels customer.
